Safety Gloves

Whether protection against mechanical risks, safety when working with chemicals or cut protection – Uvex's wide selection of protective gloves includes the right solution for every application. The company is especially proud of being named the Top 100 Innovator of the Year for its manufacturing plant for uvex safety gloves in Lüneburg.

Safety Footwear

Foot protection by uvex is excellent foot protection, which pushes the boundaries and opens up new dimensions. Uvex safety footwear works to provide both cushioning and a stable footing, reducing work-related stresses on the musculoskeletal system. With an ultra-modern shoe factory in Ceva, Italy, the company has set itself the challenge of manufacturing technically demanding safety footwear at the highest level of quality and production in Europe and with short paths between development, production and delivery. The plant in Italy is able to manufacture safety footwear extremely flexibly with a very wide range of PUR and rubber outsoles.

Protective Clothing

What Industries Does Uvex Serve?

Uvex has developed occupational safety products specifically for the construction industry so that companies can provide their employees with the best possible protection in the workplace. Uvex demonstrates commitment to environmental responsibility with products like the new uvex 1 G2 planet, which offers both sustainability and performance in one, featuring 30% recycled materials. The company incorporates features with a total of 45% sustainable materials; recycled polyamide and bamboo-viscose, which is based on renewable raw materials.

Some product shells are made of up to 30% bioplastic (the raw material being sugar cane) and the material for headbands is made from 50% granulated helmet shells which helps reduce process-related waste.
