Standarder

• EN 1149-3:2004

Protective clothing and gloves with the EN 1149-3 rating are tested for how quickly their materials dissipate static electricity. This ensures the clothing releases static charges into the air, preventing sparks that could cause fires or damage sensitive electronics in hazardous environments.

  • Electrostatic Properties Tested

This material is tested to dissipate electrostatic charge. It prevents the build-up of static electricity, avoiding sparks that could ignite flammable materials or damage sensitive electronics. This is crucial for safety in potentially explosive atmospheres.

• EN 1149-5

Protective clothing with the EN 1149-5 rating is tested for its ability to dissipate electrostatic charges, preventing sparks. This protects you by reducing the risk of explosions in hazardous environments where flammable substances or gases are present.

• EN 11611:2015

Protective clothing like jackets, trousers, aprons, and hoods with the EN 11611 rating are tested for protection against molten metal splashes, limited flame spread, radiant heat, and minor electrical contact. This ensures the clothing safeguards users from common hazards encountered during welding and similar processes, promoting safety.

  Testresultat

  • Welding Protection Class 2

This garment offers a high level of protection for more hazardous welding jobs. It is designed for manual welding techniques with significant spatter and droplet formation, providing superior defense against molten metal splashes and radiant heat from the arc.

• EN 11612:2015

Protective clothing, such as garments, gaiters, hoods, and overshoes, with the EN 11612 rating is tested for protection against heat and flame, including limited flame spread, convective, radiant, and contact heat, plus molten metal splashes. This rating helps you choose apparel that provides reliable safety from various thermal hazards, ensuring your protection in environments with such risks.

• EN 14404:2004+A1:2010

Knee pads and work trousers with the EN 14404 rating are tested for protection against pressure, impacts, and penetration from objects while kneeling. This ensures your knees are protected from discomfort and injury, providing safety and comfort when working on hard or uneven surfaces.

• EN 15797

Workwear and protective clothing with the EN 15797 rating are tested for their ability to withstand industrial washing and drying processes. This standard ensures the garments maintain their shape, color, and protective properties after repeated intense cleaning, offering consumers durable and long-lasting products.

• EN 61482-1-1:2009

Protective clothing with the EN 61482-1-1 rating is tested for its resistance to the thermal hazards of an electric arc, measuring the maximum energy it can withstand before causing a second-degree burn or breaking open. This rating helps ensure the clothing provides a reliable level of protection against the intense heat of an arc flash, keeping you safer when working with electricity.

• EN 61482-1-2

Protective clothing for electrical workers with the EN 61482-1-2 rating is tested for how well materials and garments protect against the intense heat of an electric arc flash, classifying resistance at specific energy levels. This ensures the clothing reduces the risk of severe burns and injuries from electrical arc hazards, helping you choose the right level of protection.

• EN 61482-2:2020

Protective clothing with the EN 61482-2 rating is tested for protection against the thermal hazards of an electric arc, such as intense heat and flames. This means the clothing helps prevent severe burns by limiting heat transfer during an arc flash incident, enhancing user safety.

Märkningar

• Oeko-Tex Standard 100
