Application

Strongly alkaline cleaner for mechanical washing of transport containers and CIP cleaning systems in medium-hard water areas. KW T-21 effectively removes grease and protein while preventing lime scale formation.

Instructions for use

Connect KW T-21 container to the washing machine's automatic dosing system.

Dosage 0.2 -2.0%

Washing temperature +30 - +80 ºC

Determining solution concentration by titration

Titration solution 0.2M H2SO4

Phenolphthalein indicator

Titrate 50 ml of solution until color changes (red becomes colorless)

Formula: titration solution [ml] x 0.127 = % KW T-21

Use measuring cup/pump.
