• Fairtrade

  Fairtrade is a certification system used in Europe to indicate that a product has been produced using fair labor practices and that a fair price has been paid to the producers. The Fairtrade certification mark is used on a wide range of products, including agricultural products, textiles, and handicrafts. The requirements for using the Fairtrade label vary depending on the product, but typically include meeting certain labor standards and paying a fair price to producers, as well as undergoing regular monitoring and re-evaluation by an independent certifying body.

• Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)

  GOTS stands for "Global Organic Textile Standard." It is a certification program for textiles and clothing products made from organic fibers. The standard sets requirements for the production, processing, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, trading, and distribution of all textiles made from at least 70% certified organic natural fibers. To be able to use the GOTS label, a product must meet certain requirements set by the standard, such as using organic fibers, environmentally-friendly production methods, and socially responsible work conditions. The products are inspected and certified by GOTS, an independent organization. They can use the GOTS label on their packaging to show that they are organic and produced in an environmentally and socially responsible way.

• Oeko-Tex Standard 100

  Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is a product certification program for textiles, which is awarded by the Oeko-Tex Association. This program verifies that the textile products are free from harmful chemicals. To be able to use the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 label, a product must meet certain requirements set by the Oeko-Tex Association which include limits on the levels of harmful substances such as pesticides, heavy metals, and formaldehyde. The textile products are inspected and certified by Oeko-Tex, they can use the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 label on their packaging to show that they are free from harmful chemicals. This certification is for all types of textiles, from raw materials to finished products, and it is globally recognized.
