This high-visibility winter traffic jacket is certified to Railway Industry Standard RIS 3279-TOM and provides comprehensive protection against cold weather conditions down to -36°C. The jacket features waterproof construction with taped seams, PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco fabric finish, and quilt lining for thermal insulation. With multiple storage pockets, concealed detachable hood, and reflective tape for enhanced visibility, it meets stringent safety requirements for railway and industrial applications.
