• EN 12941:1998

  EN 12941:1998 is a European standard that sets out the requirements and test methods for commercial electric and gas ovens. The standard defines the performance requirements for the safety, functionality, and energy efficiency of the ovens and provides test methods to ensure these requirements are met. Possible test results include the oven's ability to heat up and maintain the temperature, the safety measures in place such as overheat protection, the energy consumption and efficiency of the oven, the temperature control and the durability of the oven in regards to corrosion and leakage. It also includes the requirements and test methods for the temperature control and for the temperature stability of the oven.
