Bolle Safety X810 goggle black clear
Product description
A ballistic protective mask with a low-profile design and a quick-fit headband, compatible with all helmet models, including Ops-Core. PLATINUM anti-fog coated clear lens. Narrow model, a smaller version of the popular X800 model. This mask incorporates a number of innovations that make it a pleasure to use. The modular design with interchangeable lens allows the mask to be adapted to your needs, and with the top and bottom of the frame removed, water drains right through if you go in the water (special forces note!).
Protects the eyes from flying objects and mechanical risks, including extreme temperatures, gas, fine dust, coarse dust and UV rays without affecting colour rendering.
Anti-fog coated and anti-scratch coated lenses where the coating significantly exceeds the requirements of the Class N and Class K test methods. Polycarbonate lens optics class 1: Designed for long term continuous use.
The benefits of PLATINUM coating:
- Excellent protection against frost, ensuring good vision in varying conditions
- Excellent resistance to mechanical abrasion, preventing scratches
- Resistant to cleaning (cleaning with water & soap or Bollé Safety B-Clean products).
- Permanent on both sides of the lens
- Improves performance, safety, goggle reliability and comfort
- Recommended choice for a wide range of general use and for hot and humid working conditions and sweat-inducing conditions

Measured in grams or kilograms, indicating how heavy the eyewear is when worn. Lighter glasses reduce fatigue during extended use in industrial settings.
Indicates the frame and lens color, which may affect visibility, light filtering, glare reduction, or compatibility with specific work environments.
Indicates the tint of protective lenses that filter specific light wavelengths, enhancing visibility and reducing eye strain in various work environments.
The composition of the frame that affects durability, weight, comfort, and resistance to chemicals or impacts — crucial for selecting appropriate protection for specific workplace hazards.
The composition of the lens that determines impact resistance, optical clarity, and protection against specific workplace hazards like debris, chemicals, or radiation.
Numerical rating indicating lens quality and visual clarity. Higher ratings ensure minimal distortion, reduced eye strain, and optimal visibility for precision tasks.
Indicates the lens material's measured thickness, directly affecting impact resistance, optical clarity, and overall weight for comfortable extended wear.
Defines the frame's structural design that affects coverage, compatibility with other PPE, and fit features like adjustability or over-glasses capability.

Areas of Use 3Frame Marking 4The frame marking '4' in standard EN 166:1995 refers to frames specifically tested for resistance against large dust particles, indicating that eyewear with this marking can prevent large dust particles from reaching the eye, a critical feature in environments with significant airborne debris. The testing methodology involves assessing the capability of the frame to form a protective seal or barrier against the simulated intrusion of large dust particles. Frames marked with '4' have undergone rigorous testing to ensure that when worn properly, they significantly reduce the possibility of dust entering around the lenses and reaching the eyes. This ensures a high safety standard for users working in environments with large particulate matter, providing essential eye protection that adheres to the certified EU standards.
Mechanical Strength BEN 166:1995 defines the criteria for personal eye protection in terms of mechanical strength and durability, with the 'Mechanical Strength B' designation indicating that the eyewear is capable of withstanding medium energy impact. This classification specifically means the eyewear can resist a 6 mm, 0.86 g ball traveling at 120 meters per second. The test for this involves firing the specified ball at the lens and frame of the eyewear to ensure that it can protect against such impacts without breaking or dislodging. This level of performance is particularly relevant for safety glasses used in environments such as construction sites, workshops, and laboratories, where there is a risk of flying particles and moderate impact hazards. Eyewear meeting the 'B' standard provides essential eye protection, ensuring that users are safeguarded against a significant range of impact-related injuries.
CE Marking is a label that shows a product meets certain safety and environmental standards set by the European Union. To get the CE Marking, a company must test and certify their product meets these standards. CE Marking is required for many products sold in the EU, including electronics, machinery, toys and medical devices. It helps ensure that products are safe for consumers and the environment, and allows for easy trade within the EU.
