To be able to use the GOTS label, a product must meet certain requirements set by the standard, such as using organic fibers, environmentally-friendly production methods, and socially responsible work conditions. The products are inspected and certified by GOTS, an independent organization. They can use the GOTS label on their packaging to show that they are organic and produced in an environmentally and socially responsible way.
