ABENA wound dressing is a waterproof, soft and comfortable sterile dressing for post-operative use to protect mildly exuding wounds and sutured wounds. The top layer is made of non-woven fabric with a semi-permeable polyurethane membrane. The top layer evaporates the wound exudate, reducing the risk of maceration during application of the dressing. The wound dressing absorbs excess fluid and prevents the dressing from sticking to the skin. The adhesive is skin-friendly and leaves no residue on the skin. The dressing protects against bacteria and viruses and is spray-resistant. Used as a primary dressing to protect dry or slightly oozing wounds such as small cuts, scratches and sutured wounds.
