For over 125 years, Textilwerke Ross in Ochtrup, Münsterland has been producing terry towels and dish towels. Today's challenges are becoming increasingly diverse and challenge companies to constantly reinvent themselves in order to remain competitive in the future. New processes, technologies and trends are shaping tomorrow's world. Textilwerke Ross is facing these challenges. Sustainability has arrived at Ross. For some time now, the company has been working to sustainably restructure manufacturing processes to become climate neutral. Ross Textilwerke now produces all the electricity they use in their production process with their new PV systems. With an output of approximately 1,000 KW/p, they could theoretically supply 236 single-family homes with electricity. The company has already invested over 1.3 million euros in this initiative.
