The upper is made of hydrophobized, breathable waterproof leather with a thickness of 2.5-2.7 mm. The inner lining is made of waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® Performance material with a fleece interlayer for maximum climate comfort in all weather conditions and stresses. The synthetic/fleece insole absorbs moisture, retains its shape and reduces pressure points. The anatomically shaped insole is replaceable and washable and absorbs moisture quickly. The protective steel toe cap and the penetration-resistant, metallic sole insert offer maximum safety. The rubber outsole is abrasion-resistant and non-slip and insulates against cold and heat. The HAIX® Climate System transports moisture to the ventilation openings on the shaft and tongue. The Sun Reflect System reduces the heating effect of the upper leather caused by sunlight. The HAIX® CO System provides pressure relief, cushioning, correction of foot position, body alignment and muscle balance. Other features include an integrated heel bend, smooth-running lace elements with clamping hooks, a rubber overcap and a pull-on loop. Certified according to CE EN ISO 20345:2011 S3 HRO HI CI WR SRC.
