Product description

Areas of application:

Powerfully cleans deep fryers and deep fryer accessories made of stainless steel (e.g. baskets).

Product properties:

- Intensive cleaner in tablet form for powerful cleaning of professional deep fryers

Application:

1. drain the oil and completely fill the deep fryer (incl. stainless steel baskets and accessories) with water.

2. add fryer cleaner tabs according to the dosage table.

3. heat the solution to 80°C and leave to work for 15-20 minutes.

4 Brush off heavy incrustations during the exposure time.

5. then empty the deep fryer, rinse thoroughly at least 3 times with clear water and dry.

Dosage table:

- Deep fryer size 6 - 10l: 1 tab

- Deep fryer size 10 - 18l: 2 tabs

- Deep fat fryer size 18 - 25l: 3 tabs

Important notes:

- Do not use on aluminum or other alkali-sensitive materials (e.g. household deep fryers).

- For professional use only, not a consumer product according to German law (1999/44/EC Art. 1)
