Areas of application:

Disinfecting cleaning of cream machines, cream dispensers as well as ice cream and soft ice cream machines

Product properties:

- Disinfectant concentrate

- Simple and economical dosing thanks to the dosing chamber bottle - no overdosing

Application:

1. empty the cream/ice cream container and remove coarse soiling.

2. then fill with hot water (50 °C) according to the appliance manufacturer's instructions.

3. add 10 ml of the cleaner per 1 liter of water and stir thoroughly. Remove any air bubbles.

4. for a disinfecting effect according to VAH, bring all appliance parts into permanent contact with the disinfectant solution for at least 15 minutes or soak them according to the manufacturer's instructions.

5. after disinfectant cleaning, rinse thoroughly with warm drinking water at least 3 times.
