Areas of application:

Powerfully cleans deep fryers and deep fryer accessories made of stainless steel (e.g. baskets).

Application:

1. Drain the oil and fill the deep fryer completely with water.

2. Add 3 sealing caps (approx. 60g) of deep fryer cleaner per 8l of water (contents of standard deep fryer). For other sizes: 7.5g/l.

3. heat the solution to 80°C and leave to work for 15-20 minutes.

4 Brush off heavy incrustations during the exposure time.

5. then empty the deep fryer, rinse at least 3 times with clear water and dry.

Caution: Do not use on aluminum or other alkali-sensitive materials (e.g. household deep fryers).
