The new Quantum Cabrio Safety Helmet - EN12492, EN 16471 and EN 16473 from KASK is specifically certified for technical rescue and wildland firefighting.

It is adjustable for head circumferences from 51 cm to 63 cm. The temperature usage range is between -30°C and +50°C. Optimal ventilation is ensured by 14 ventilation slots on the helmet that can be covered via a sliding closure.

The inner shell made of expanded polystyrene ensures complete energy absorption during impacts and increased comfort. The outer shell made of polycarbonate and polybutylene terephthalate offers higher impact resistance over a wide temperature range, increased heat and flame resistance, as well as improved chemical resistance.
