These white flat lids are made from the organic plastic CPLA. This is the crystalline form of PLA. Just like PLA itself, it is biodegradable in accordance with DIN 13432. CPLA is also starch-based and free from petroleum. The lids can be used up to a temperature of +90 °C. This makes them more heat-resistant than clear PLA lids.
