Suma Forte plus L54 is a highly concentrated, powerful automatic dishwasher detergent for soft to medium-hard water. It is suitable for all commercial single-tank and multi-tank dishwashers and guarantees excellent soil removal thanks to its optimum combination of alkaline components, water hardness-binding substances and corrosion inhibitors. It is particularly effective when used in the DivoJet direct spray process, in which the highly concentrated cleaner is sprayed directly onto the wash ware, removing stubborn starch deposits quickly and thoroughly. The water hardness-binding substances it contains prevent limescale deposits and nozzle blockages in soft and medium-hard water.
